Every freelancer, contractor and staff member must acknowledge company policies before accessing company resources.

1. Confidentiality & NDA

I acknowledge that:

Company information is confidential
Client information is confidential
Internal SOPs are confidential
AI prompts and workflows are confidential
Access credentials are confidential

2. Acceptable Use

I agree that I will not:

Share passwords
Share client data
Export company documents without approval
Upload company data into personal AI tools
Use company resources for unauthorized activities

3. Intellectual Property

I acknowledge:

All work created belongs to SME Cloud Sdn Bhd
All deliverables remain company property
Access may be revoked at any time
